cwp agent remove

cwp agent remove <env> [flags]

Acts on the environment you name. There is no local default, so you name one.

Plus the shared flags --json, -v, --verbose, -q, --quiet and --dry-run.

What it does

agent remove deletes the agent this machine recorded for that environment and forgets it. Later runs go back to installing one of their own.

cwp agent remove live

cwp forgets a file it could not delete as well, and the run warns with the path. A record pointing at something that may not be there is worse than none. Delete the file over FTP and the environment is clean.

What it does not do

It does not look for agents nobody recorded. cwp doctor finds those: it lists the docroot, reports any .cwp-agent-*.php that is not the resident one, and names what to do about it.
