cwp projects rm <name> [flags]

Local only — it acts on no environment.

What it does

Removes one entry from the machine-level project registry.

The registry entry only. Nothing on disk is touched, which is why it needs no confirmation: the destructive-sounding name is doing less than it appears to.

It is the fix cwp projects suggests for an entry whose path no longer exists.

What it does not do

It does not delete a project — no directory, no config, no database, no remote. It removes a line from ~/.config/cwp/config.yml.

--dry-run is honoured here, unlike on the two read-only forms. It used to remove the entry anyway (B-029): the dry-run gate lived in the subprocess runner, and this write is a file.
